Dave was prompt, reliable, affordable and the work was perfect. I had a shed roof installed and the next day e had a torrential rain and wind storm that tested his work. Shed rood was in tact and the shed was bone dry. I would recommend LI Taylor Construction for any of your construction needs.

We had a section of roof over our patio that was in need of repair, all the other companies we asked said they wouldn’t do such a small job. But David said “No problem”! They were prompt, experienced, courteous and cleaned up everything before they left. Finally, we got a much needed new roof!!!! And WOW, seriously just Wow, LITaylor Construction Inc. did an amazing job. They took off two layers of asphalt shingles, tarped my whole house facade front and back so that we did not even lose one rose petal from our treasured rose bushes which were In full bloom. Their friendly and respectful team cleaned up quickly and left my home and property in perfect condition! There were no surprises, and Dave, the owner, kept his word to me on everything we agreed upon. At the outset, Dave, worked with me helping me decide on which color of GAF Timberline HDZ shingle to choose from. He explained everything perfectly and answered all my questions regarding the GAF Master Elite Certified Golden Pledge warranty. IF YOU need an excellent and affordable roofer, I can recommend LITaylor Construction without hesitation. Dave and his team are awesome.

LI Taylor just did my roof and it was legitimately the best experience I’ve ever had with a company for home repair. Dave is honest, direct, and will work with you in price. There are so many companies that say one thing in their ads and another thing in-person, but Dave is the real deal. Taylor construction did a ton of work on my house … in Coram. From building a shed that looks like a mini version of my house to replacing all my windows, extending my cement patio, house siding, flooring, and my roof. I work from home and I was able to continue to work while they did the construction. They workers were super helpful in helping me make decisions and giving their opinions on what would look best but making me feel like every choice and decision was up to me. Everything came out amazing. Any concerns or issues or questions I had were answered immediately and taken care of the next day.
